We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Exchanges and Online Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as online store credit or exchange.
Online store credit can be used on any future purchase.
We recommend reviewing sizing carefully before placing an order. Our team is available to assist if needed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
